What is Intuitive Training?
Intuitive Training essentially means connecting to self-awareness and personal-truth.
At first, I had no idea how to access, let alone trust, my own personal-truth. In order to get started, I needed some help. I learned an easy to follow meditation process that helped me to open up to my intuition, and then used these techniques to go through the layers of my life to peel away what was not actually in alignment with my truth.
I formed a present-time belief system, true to me, and I live the power of that everyday.
Today, whether it’s in meditation or just walking down the street, I note when a random thought or feeling comes to me. I don’t judge that thought, I simply recognize it is there and it let it pass. It is like touching it with a feather and letting it move on. I was not always like that.
My mind would go crazy and analyze every little thing. ALL DAY. Then, when I first began meditating, when a thought came in, I would judge it and get annoyed with myself for allowing it to interfere. The truth is, it was not the thought that interrupted my meditation, it was my reaction to it.
Take that thought a step further. Imagine being faced with a situation and instead of reacting, I give myself the opportunity to create space, process the immediate emotions, find perspective, and then choose how I want to feel and act. That is one of the results of Intuitive Training.
Self awareness can be scary, but it is most rewarding.
By looking at yourself in an honest, but non judgmental way, you can break the patterns that were programmed into you from the world. Your rational mind can learn to lean on your intuition for answers first. You will look at yourself differently. You will learn to be more grounded, set healthy personal and energetic boundaries and find new ways to live with more intention. Does that sound like woo? It is.
Woo is wonderful. Many people call using your intuition woo-woo, but it is embraced by millions, including Harvard PHd’s, so it can’t be too far off the mark.
“Enlightened leadership is spiritual if we understand spirituality not as some kind of religious dogma or ideology but as the domain of awareness where we experience values like truth, goodness, beauty, love and compassion, and also intuition, creativity, insight and focused attention.” – Deepak Chopra
When you become more self aware, you create the space to trust and believe in yourself.
This helps you to gain awareness of your own wisdom. You will “listen to your gut” and not shrug it off. That certainty comes from meditation and other techniques that help you to flex a muscle that has been asleep. Each one of us is clairvoyant, but again, we need to know how to flex that muscle, listen and believe in ourselves.
Intuitive training opens you to great spiritual awareness. With this awareness you can act on what is most important to you. You can shift your life into a new lane and drive purposefully and with direction. Consider the impact that can have on your life and the lives of those around you.
“I know in my heart of hearts that the journey from despair to hope and on to prosperity and abundance can be achieved with realigned thinking.” – Wayne W. Dyer
In essence, Intuitive Training is about you being more you. The you that you were intended to be before stuff got in the way.
